Clarity Detector

The SZ-CMII Clarity Detector, developed by SCIENTZ Biotechnology, is based on the requirements for inspection devices in the lamp inspection method of the latest Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, “Visible Foreign Matter Inspection Method.” It meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and uses the visual lamp inspection method for the clarity detection of various injections, large-volume parenteral solutions, and bottled pharmaceutical solutions.

Performance Features

1. The instrument’s light source illuminance, black background, and white detection plate all comply with pharmacopoeia regulations. The optical path system, composed of a dedicated tri-color fluorescent lamp, electronic ballast, and adjustable light-shielding device, eliminates flicker, adjusts illuminance, improves visual resolution, and effectively reduces visual fatigue.

2. The digital electronic illuminance meter provides intuitive, stable, and reliable readings.

3. The detection time can be set arbitrarily and features an audible alarm function to indicate the start and end of the timer.

4. The instrument is rationally designed, performs stably, is easy to operate, and has an attractive appearance, making it an ideal instrument for clarity detection as specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
